Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
Recently I was terminated due to an incident between me and a coworker, Where I was physically assaulted and then I was suspended for 3 weeks, he was not, without a notice or call from my employer only to find out from another coworker that I was terminated for tardIness which had nothin to do with the situation. Is that wrongful termnation?
