Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Recording conversations with co-workers

Can I legally record conversations between myself and a coworker? I am encountering harrassment from this person and to avoid a ''he said'' - ''she said'' situation, I'd like to record my conversations with her to validate my statements to my employer.

Under Illinois law, not without the other party's permission.
