Who do we report this to?

My employer hasn't matched my SIMPLE IRA in over 14 months. Who do I report this to?

Hello. In my opinion, this should be reported to the Illinois Department of

Employment Security. Hiring legal counsel at this point would not be a bad idea. You should act on this quickly. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
