Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My work has changed my job title along with my wage/schedule. We were bought by a large company, we were previously privately owned. I had to sign a paper accepting the deal or leave the building. What can I do? Can I quit and file unemployment? We are in Chicago by the way.
