Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

i work for a cleaning company in illinois that doesnt pay overtime, doesnt withold taxes and dont get any holidays off..,making us sign a non compete, nondisclosure, non solicitation of employees, non solicitation of customers,,,for 5 years. what i want to know is do i have to sign it and what are my rights
