dose a landlord have the right to walk into your house without permission and the rent is paid.

Under normal circumstances, the answer is no. There are certain situations where that would be warranted and you can check your lease for those specific cases. For example, entering your premises without your permission could be appropriate in an emergency situation. There are also certain other times or under certain other limited circumstances when it would be appropriate. Otherwise, no. The landlord has no right to enter your house without permission.
