Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Lease agreement

I bought a rental property with tenants under lease. There was a mistake on one of the leases; the lease states the term is for one year, starting April 1, 2006 but the ending date was entered as April 1, 2006 too. Is this lease still enforceable through April 2007?

Re: Lease agreement

I suspect the lease is enforceable likely based on some "reliance" contract principles. Practically though, if that's what was meant, why not just redo the leases to cover your bases.
