Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Can I sue my landlord for not making repairs or not grooming and picking up trash in our front lawn. Because of this I have occured an injury( sprained ankle) by walking through the high grass in our lawn and I sprained my ankle on something that was in the grass?
