Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

We pulled our children out of day care because of what the told us happened there. We agreed to pay every two weeks, she agreed to provide a safe environment. If she abused our children, Do we still have to pay her?

If you children were "abused" i recommend filing criminal charges immediately.
