Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

Two different results
I have had a lot of problems with my stomach, and my regular doctor tells me its just an infection. I was in the emergency room the other day and was told its a pelvic disease and there is a chance that if it got in my fallopian tubes I can possibly never have children again. I went back to my doctor and she sent me a paper saying there was a negative result to my tests. Is this something I can sue for being that I may never have children again?
