Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

Sir, sorry, Question , Is there any

way I can recover money lost to bad judgement caused by my "living in a fog" in addition some of the meds depleted my body of dilantin which caused me to have a siezure while driving , I am 57 yrs old and have never had a siezure before. Can I do anything, as I am now broke and avout to loose my home,

Was put on numerous anti-depression meds, rendering me incapable of making proper decisions, costing me 250K. Only realized when I told Dr, (as he was starting to write another RX) that I would not take any more med, as I am not myself and don't need them.

At present time I am seeing Dr from Health Dept (no money, no insurance

and she hsa not suggested I take meds.. She is the onethat told me meds could cause dilantin level to drop, causing siezure.

I do not prsently have copies of RX's but I can get them

Started taking them in 2006 after my wife died. (battled Leukemia in/out of hosp two years.

I do understand if there is a case, it will take time.

Thank you
