Reenlistment Upgrades
I received an RE-4 code from the military and an other than honorable discharge, what are the steps to gaining access into the Army, because I really want to get back in?????

Not sure about reenlisting in the Army but you may be able to upgrade your discharge which may in turn help regarding your reenlistment; however, without knowing more details, it is difficult to determine.
