You can discharge your attorney at anytime. Send him or her a certified letter of discharge and ask for your file materials. Good luck with your claim.

Most people I have heard this statement from who have come to me from other attorneys, has turned out that they simply do not understand the situation because they have not properly communicated with their attorney. You need to contact your attorney, make an appointment and go see him or her. Ask questions and explanations and followup questions and request that things be explained to you until you understand it. If that does not work, then change attorneys.
