Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

i was i a car accident in my home town i had slowed down to go around a sharp cruve and didn't see the ice. i hit the ice and slid into the garud rail on the other said of the road thank god the only in accident was me and i didn't hit anybody else but also nobody saw happen at the time of the accident somebody after i had done hit the garud rail and was checking the damage to the car out. they call the police and turned it in. i was on the phone my father and he told to go ahead and bring the car home. which only lived not even a mile away from where accident happened. after i was at home and my checked out the damage then the officer pulled in and we talked and the officer started writting accident report out and he got call and left to go to it then he came an hour later and gave the accident report and 2 tickets to me one for failure to reduce speed/accident and improper lane usage. ok so when we got to looking the tickets neither has the right make of our or the right year of the car. and both tickets their is a diffent make and year of a car but ours. i the mistakes on the ticket is not cause to get them dismissed is everything i told cause to fight the tickets

Those kinds of mistakes may not dispose of the case, or a judge could throw it all out. If the judge doesn't throw it all out, then you would have to testify that you did not commit the violations cited. You should have a decent shot at it but you should have an attorney with you; if you're under 25 (and worse yet a male) your insurance record is at stake!!!!!!! And a conviction could cost hundreds on an insurance renewal.
