Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Does anyone know where to locate legal form (skeleton) for a 1983 action for Due Process to file within a state court or can you only file such an action in federal court?

1983 actons are usually filed in Federal Court. You can go to a local law library and find a form.

Try the Skokie Courthouse Branch of the Cook County Law Library.
