Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

I purchased a car for my 20 year old daughter, I put the car in her name and the policy will be in mine and her name, I am concerned with putting my name on the policy, but at the same time it helps keep her cost down.

If she is in an accident, am I going to be legally responsible for anything that may transpire from that accident since I am the insured?
