Can a realestate agent who is liscensed in Illinois do a home appraisal in Illinois even though the loan is from another state (Virginia)?

Real estate agents and appraisers go through two different licencing processes. Only licenced appraiser may do appraisals. If the appraiser is licensed in Illinois, that appraiser can do appraisals for Illinois property -- it doesn't matter where the loan is coming from.
