Covenants in a deed

The covenants in a deed restrict the builder to lines

of sight as to the height of a structure and to a

building line. If the builder is not abiding by these

restrictions (the stakes are over the lines) what

recourse does the neighbor of this person h

The neighbor of this person

could file a suit charging

that the other party engaged

in trespass of the property

by allowing building across the boundary line. Also

your village or city land/

building permit office should

be contacted and told of this

situation.
