Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Dear Sir of Madam

We are refinancing now and need payoff letter from our 2nd mortgage lender, the lender is refusing to issue the letter saying that their president and accountant is on vacation until December 31 while our new refinance loan will expire. I called and emailed many time to the company. But still can not obtain the payoff letter. How should I do? If I can not do the closing, I may have to pay about $200.00 more monthly. I am in Illinois state. Thanks in advance.
