Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Forclosure

We are in forclosure. I filed that I contested the amount I owed. Earlier, I went to court and the law firm said I have no basis for the complaint. The amount was proven correct by the lenders law firm, and I must file a response by Jan 3, 2009 at the Cook County Court downtown Chicago. What I need is a legal response to write, that says they are correct and I am in default! Can you suggest a response?

Re: Forclosure

Did you actually expect the mortgage lender's attorneys to say otherwise? I would be happy to assist you in your foreclosure defense, however, it won't be cheap, as the mortgage lender attorneys always want to make a mountain out of a molehill. If you would like to talk to me about your situation, please do not hesitate to call. You need legal representation, whether it be my firm or another. Don't delay, as you can loose your defenses.
