Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I have a foreclosure case against me, and I am defending myself with not attorney. I have filed an answer with 3 counterclaims, a request for production of documents, and a request for answers and interrogatories. So far neither the bank nor the attorney have acknowledged these defenses, and in the case of the request for documents, they have exceeded the 30 day expiration time. Is there anything legally I can do to get them to comply? Can I file a motion of complaint or similar?

Thank you for the question. You need to file a motion to compel. That will force the court to issue an order directing them to respond to your discovery requests. Then you may wish o file a motion for summary judgment as to your counterclaims. Feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions [email protected]
