No Home Title Transfer

I bought a mobile home 5 weeks ago and the seller has not transfered the title to my possession. How can I get it from him? I do have a bill of sale.

You should demand the title in writing by certified mail and then if he does not come across in the specified demand time. Sue him for the document.
