Illinois disclosure law

Does the Illinois disclosure law apply to commercial real estate. When you read the law it states that it applies to real property of 4 units or less.

It applies to real estate improved with 1 through 4 "residential dweliing units", co-ops and "condominium units" (along with common elements), not other types of property. Sometimes, sellers give them even if the property doesn't fit the above categories.
