Can I put a lien on my Daughter & Son in laws home for money owed to me from saving it from foreclosure, & what does it cost to do this?

It probably will not do any good. Since the mortgage which is the subject of the foreclosure was filed before your lien, it would have priority over your lien. This means that when the foreclosure is finished, your lien will be eliminated, since it is inferior to the first mortgage.
