Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
I have lived at a high rise apartment building for 3 years. I am engaged and my fiancee has been denied residency as an "add-on" in any way due to a past felony background. My question is, what will happen when we get married? Will he have the legal right to live w me there, or can they still bar this? How does that work?
