Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

real estate law.

What are my options when I have a bank note for 80 acres of land with two other people and they did not make their payment. Our three names are on the deed at the courthouse. If I payed their part or payed off the note, would a judge make them pay me back when it is partitioned up. what can I do, as one person can afford to pay and the other is about to go to prison in April.I do not have any contact with these two people.
