real estate sale contract

i signed my real estate contract on 3/25/03. developer recorded an indenture of trust and restrictions on 3/29/03. am i legally bound by this document? inever received this document

Hello. The question is whether you paid any money

at the time you signed the contract. The developer

could file a lawsuit, if he claims that you backed out of the transaction, but his loss, if any, at this point may not amount to much. Also, the degree to which you are bound to this contract will depend upon the express language contained in the contract. I will be happy to discuss this issue further and in more detail.
