Once you are served with a two month late rent notice, how long does the complete process usually take in court to evict you?

Depends on the kind of notice. If it is a "5-day" for nonpayment of rent and you don't pay, the landlord can sue to evict after the 5th day. If it is a "30 day" notice, for example, the landlord might have to wait 30 days or more before suing you. However, once the lawsuit is started, it could take at least a couple of months.
