Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

Not sure what to do.... Help would be appreciated

Hello I am writing because my friend was sexually harassed by her ex-husband today. She is 17 and he is 20. He took naked pictures of her when they were married. Now they are divorced and he blew the pictures up and put them on everyone's car in town. She contacted the police, but, this being a rural area, she is concerned they will not take the necessary action to help her. I am concerned of her age. With her being so young, I don't think she understands that this should not happen. So I contacted you for further information on what she should do. Thank you for your help.

She probably has a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and, quite possibly other causes of action (privacy invastion, child porn), and, should could probably obtain injunctive relief against her former husband, preventing him from publicly displaying the images.
