Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

what to do ? please help

I work as a houskeeper/cook for a

wealthy 83 yr old man. He

has been making innapropriate

comments since the beginning of my

employment (5yrs) and despite my

polite appeals to stop his

undesirable behaviour (forced kisses on

the mouth, touching, sex propositions)

he never did, it actually got

worse. I am a female, and my solary

includes room and board (i live in his

house as my job requires).He has

exposed himself before (witness)

recently it has increased -he exposes

his private parts to me (while preparing

his breakfast almost daily) calling

attention to it. When I try

to make him understand this is

innappropriate and unwelcome, he

proceeds ignoring me.

It all would be unfortunate ''i feel sorry

for the old man'' incident if not for his

comments: ''you should get into my bad

with me''....or when i asked for a loan

(to pay for school) i was asked ''what

am i going to do for him for that'' ?

which was clearly implied what is/would

be expected of me. my education is

most important for me but at what

price? what should i do? i want to leave

-but would have to give up school
