Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Hello
My girlfriend who is 19 just got pulled over for speeding 10 miles over the posted speed limit for the 1st time ever ( DuPage county ) and she does not have her driver's license yet , or never had . What will happen now ? We planned on getting it next week .Can we still get it done ?

its a misdemeanor. Up to a $2500.00 fine and/or 1 year in jail. She needs a lawyer.
