Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Il State Police arrested my son age 16 for illegal consumption and asked him to blow without my knowlegde Is this legal? Also where it says bond info signature it is not signed what does this mean? Please help he did blow a 0.3 but like I said he is 16. before I even knew where he was he was placed in handcuffs and arrested. Are the parents required to sign the traffic tickets or my son sign them the only signature is the Il. States Policemans. This officer had my son blow three times without my knowlege. please answer soon Thank you

There are many issues presented here. Might I assume that your son was driving? You need the assistance of a lawyer. Where did the arrest take place?
