Giving Information to the States Attorney

We are handling a Probate case ourselves, and are contesting the Will admitted to Probate. We have investigated, and have discovered information and documents to suport forgey, abuse of Power of Attorney, Finacial Exploytaion of an Elderly Person, Embezzlment. My question is ''Can we turn the information over to the States Attorney while the Probate case is ongoing?''

If you are not bound by any protective order and are not an attorney, then I'm not sure why you are concerned about turning over documents you found from independent investigation. Feel free to call our office if you want discuss the issue further as there may also be civil claims you can bring.
