The short answer is "No." I have never drafted a power of attorney that enabled the agent to appoint a successor, but I suppose it could legally be done. Is there such a provision in yours?

When I hear a question like this I wonder what is behind it. It sounds like you have trust issues with your agent. There are various ways to deal with this. If you would like help please go to www.legacylaws.com and call us for a free consultation.

Another interpretation of your question is that the agent has already misbehaved in which case you should discharge him and arrange to set aside any transactions you did not approve of.
