is there a way to get paid on a judgement in probate prior to the estate closing? it seems that the heirs, ex wife, their lawyers and executors are all getting their share. concerned they will bleed the estate dry.

The question needs clarification, but if you are a creditor of the decedent's estate then you need to file your claim in a timely way. Once the "claims period" is over it is too late.
