Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

prior to my father's death I was taken from school at age 11 to mind my father. I am my parents only living child. Suddenly, my mother introduces a step brother (her child) who never contributed anything and He is her nominee. She has made several invalid Wills with her signatures which are in my possession. My mother is playing games. Can anyone assist me as I need to pay the US government for my school loan. Aso, I am disabled! I have made several trips to Trinidad at my own expense.

As unfair as it may seem your mother can leave her assets to whomever she wishes as long as she has mental capacity. This remains true no matter how great your needs are.
