i need to sell my deceased parents mobil home but there was no will

my father passed away in 2000 my mother passed away in 2003

before she passed away she wrote a letter leaving their mobil home to me. my brothers and sister have agreed i should get it.at the time she died it was worth about $20k and had a $12k secured loan on it (like a car loan).i've since fixed it up and may get $35k from which i would need to pay off the bal.of the loan. i want to sell it now.so do i need to get the title out of their name and into mine, and if so how?

Depending on the size of their entire estate, this probably could be handled with a small estate affidavit. An attorney can handle this for a modest fee.
