my sister committed suicide. 4 days prior she made a will leaving everything to a friend. is this legally sound mind in making this will

Unless there is evidence indicating that she was not in a sound state of mind, e.g., her mental state being seriously affected by depression, medication or drugs, or other factors when she signed the last will, the will is presumed to represent her final testament regarding distribution of property, payment of debts, and other intentions. In itself the act of suicide does not adversely affect this presumption.
