Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
no will
My bachelor Uncle has no will. He has no living parents, or siblings. He never had any children. My sister and I are his sister's children and our cousin is his other sister's child When his estate goes thru probate will it be inherited by the three nieces or will the heirs include the nieces' children as well?

It will go to surviving nieces and nephews. If a niece or nephew is deceased, it will then go to the deceased niece or nephew's children.
