my mother past away, she had remarry and me and my brother want to know if we have a claim to the house and bank account, and insurance on death that she had.

As for financial affairs, you and

your brother may have claims

depending on how she held title

on the home and bank account,

and who she named as her insurance

policy beneficiary.
