Recently my wife's aunt died. The Aunt's will bequeathed the estate specifically to two cousins and my wife's mother. My wife's mother passed away four years ago. Is my wife entilted to a share of the estate?

The short is is that it depends. Only way that can be answered is by looking very closely as the specific terminology used in the Will.
