wiil i be paid the difference in my salary when i return to work as i will only be able to work 25 hrs in stead of 34hrs

Yes.

IF you are on "light duty" or on some form of work restriction from a doctor or as a result of a functional capacity exam (FCE) you are entitled to "TPD" benefits.

TPD is based upon your "part time" NET earnings compared to how much you would earn had you been able to work full duty.

I can calculate the exact number for you if you provide me with the dollar amount you are paid per hour and your "take home" pay.
