Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

worhers compensation

i am on sitting duties only doctors orders. my employer has me working normal duties. what can i do?

If you are represented by a lawyer they are not doing a good job for you. Your attorney needs to make clear that you have restrictions. If they aren't accommodated they need to find work for you or pay you until you are better.
