Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have passed my Bcom graduation examination from University of kerala on 1999, and had all documents with me.
Now I have a job offer from Sultage of Oman,and need certificate to be attested by Goverment of kerala HRD .But after submission the application and certificate at Norka/Goverment of kerala office due the delay in the goverment process,i am find difficult to get the attestaion done within the time and will loss the time bounded job offer.Since i am doing my job outside kerala,i cannot make the freeqent follwo ups in the giverment office/university etc.
The certificate has been send to university for verification and there is no time limit for the process,as help less citizen i feel only court can help me.

at prsent u have to take a leave from job and go there for attestation as court procedures also takes tym.
