Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
the issue of interse seniority between direct recruit income tax inspectors and promotees inspectors has been decided by the supreme court of india in favour of direct inspectors on 27-12-2012. now various regions of income tax department are not revising the seniority order according to S.C. order and making promotion as per seniority order not in conformity with supreme court verdict. What course of action is needed to force authorities to implement supreme court order.
