Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I had purchased flat in my maiden name in 1984 and subsequently I got married in 1989. Though my name changed, I did not get the flat name changed. Now I am a divorcee since 2001 and therefore do not possess marriage certificate although I have retained my married name for my son's sake. Since my building is going for redevelopment, I want to change my name from maiden name to my recent name. The society is asking for an indemnity bond, from where can I get the format because they have told me to draft the same. Can u help me please in drafting. Tks.
