Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
thanks for your service. i am from Chennai. i finished my graduation in engineering in 2011 and joined a well know mnc company at Chennai. when i joined that company they put 1 year service bond ie like agreement. but now i got a better job. please advice me whether such bond system is valid in India. if so please advice me how to break that bond. another important thing is that they are providing me the actual salary what they told during interview after i signed in the bond. please advice me in this matter.

yes these bonds are valid in india....
there must be some monetary compensation if u break the bond whch must have been written in the bond itself ...
i think following that u can get releived your self
