what is the validity/authencity of a non-judicial paper submitted by anyone without notarisation of any notary / Oath commissioner. Want to know the law under which rule.

dont ask the law here.. it is chargeable.. u ask ur grievance only
anyway law will depend on document to document
its better to ask ur problem
