Compensation for National Highway land aquisition

My land of 40 cents had been occupied by national hiways dept. for road expansion 3 years back. and the compensation given was ever lowest on the earth (63 paise / sq. feet). When we asked for justice, the authorities told that there will be another batch compensation. But we got nothing till today. Now the cost of the same land is about Rs. 40 / sq feet.

Pl. advice me on how to appeal now
