sir,

a housing society was formed whose object was to provide housing for the houseless persons working for a government and govt. alloted them land at a location in hyderabad, in the due course the land was handed over to the society,govt. prescribed some norms stating that a beneficary should not posses a land in the surrounding areas,subsequently some people with ulterior motives got a govt order stating that an employee can get the benifit one time in his lifetime, with this new order the management of the society passed a resolution in the general body and the object in the byelaws was changed from houseless to employees sevice seniority as most of the seniors were possessing own houses due to which geniune persons like me and others who were juniors were being denied the house sites as the management is deciding to allot the lands to certain people as the land was insufficient due to which we have approached the registrar coop societys not to ammend the bye-laws but he did not listend to us finally v approaced highcourt and the case is pending in highcourt and the society is taking steps for allotment of the houses to beneficiaries which it made earlier, in this circumstances what is the fate of our case do v get jusitce or

Yes, you should hope for justice from the High Court; the fate of the case will be decided by the court in due course. In case you are wanting any interim relief, you may approach the Hon'ble Court with a Misc Application in the pending case.

It seems that you have approached the High court with regard to the bye-laws amendment. In my view, you will have to file a separate stay application for withholding the release of houses allotment.
